Richard is the master of recruitment. You haven’t met a people person until you’ve met him. Charming and incredibly sincere, he is truly passionate about placing people in a job they’ll love.
Richard has a healthy obsession with football (Nottingham Forest) and is a proud daddy to two beautiful daughters and a baby boy.

Best thing about starting Francis Consultancy? “Changing people’s lives! I’ve placed people 5-6 years ago, who were junior level graduates at the time and are now senior managers. Being part of that progression is very rewarding!
